The Customer Service Department is always accessible to customers by calling (407) 702-1000 or filling out a service request online.
Report all problems with your communication system, regardless of their nature, to our Customer Service Department. We use an advanced computerized dispatch system to log, dispatch and track our customer service calls and work orders. All online service requests get immediately entered into our system and are placed on our service schedule.
By utilizing remote access and diagnostics, we can provide faster and more efficient service. Remote access allows us to view and make programming changes easily. The system diagnostics can provide immediate identification of telephone line and equipment problems, many times eliminating the need for a technician on-site.
Minor equipment failures requiring a routine service call are responded to within 24 hours, during normal working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
After hours, calls are handled by our on-call technician who is paged when you leave a message, insuring our customers receive a prompt response.
It is our policy to render prompt and efficient service to all of our communication system users. Our service technicians have participated in training are certified on the products they install and maintain. To handle repairs at our customer sites immediately, the technicians have inventory on their truck. We also stock all replacement parts, systems, and voicemail in our 13,000 square foot facility.
